We provide various shipping and delivery methods for orders. At this time, we are unable to accommodate shipping to PO boxes or all international addresses.

Furniture Shipping Options

Furniture and select large décor, such as mirrors and area rugs, are available with your choice of shipping methods.

White Glove In-Home Delivery

Leave the work to us! Big or small, from our door to yours, our White Glove delivery service includes bringing your new addition home, getting it set up and hauling the packaging away within our designated delivery zones. A set number of items are included in your delivery fee. For orders exceeding that item count, additional delivery fees will be applied.
Please note: deliveries outside of our designated local delivery zones are subject to additional charges. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery teams will not move any existing furniture and will only carry furniture items up to a limited number of stories.

Threshold Delivery

Don’t need quite as much help? Our Threshold delivery service brings your furniture to the area directly inside your front door but leaves the assembly and packaging disposal in your capable hands. A set number of items are included in your delivery fee. For orders exceeding that item count, additional delivery fees will be applied.
Please note: Deliveries outside of our designated local delivery zones are subject to additional charges. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery teams will not move any existing furniture. If you live in a condo or apartment, don’t forget to book the elevator during your delivery time window. If there is no elevator, furniture can be carried up a limited number of floors to the area directly inside your front door, unless unsafe to do so, or if the item is too large to fit through the stairwell.

Warehouse Pickup

Our Warehouse Pick Up offers you a convenient way to skip the delivery fees and is free for all furniture orders. Once your order is ready for pick up, our warehouse team will contact you to schedule your pick up appointment.
Please Note: Our warehouse teams are NOT able to load purchases into your vehicle. If you require assistance, please bring someone to help you, along with your order number and ID.

Décor Shipping Options

Most small home décor items are available to ship to a pickup location. Large or heavy home décor items will require delivery or warehouse pickup.

Courier

Too far from your favourite store? No problem!
Choose courier delivery at checkout to have your décor order brought straight to your doorstep. Courier fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and address.

Please note: due to courier size restrictions, some items may not be eligible for this delivery method.

To ensure successful delivery, our courier partners require your complete address, including unit number, buzz code and any other relevant details. If the courier is unable to deliver to your address, your parcel will be redirected to a nearby pickup location selected by the courier.

Furniture

Décor

Charges shown are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped to each address and include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Customers can track orders. Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to weight. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
